Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about monitoring, real-time delivery, plans and compliance.

Getting started

What is TruthPush?
TruthPush is a data-intelligence service that monitors public Truth Social profiles and delivers every new post in real time — via Telegram, email, a REST API and JSON webhooks. It is built for newsrooms, analysts, traders and monitoring teams who need to know the moment something is posted.
Do I need a Truth Social account?
No. TruthPush acts as a secure endpoint between you and the platform. You can follow all public content without registering on Truth Social or disclosing any personal data.
Is this legal and compliant?
We process only publicly available posts from public profiles and store them temporarily (24 hours) as a reading aid. Copyright in the content remains with the respective authors. Private profiles are never monitored — if a tracked profile is set to private or deleted, monitoring stops automatically and you are notified.

Speed & real-time delivery

How fast are the alerts?
Our system detects new public posts within seconds and pushes them to Telegram near-instantly. End-to-end timing also depends on Truth Social's own content delivery network (see below), so we deliberately do not promise a fixed delivery time — but in practice alerts arrive within seconds in the vast majority of cases.
What is a 'CDN' and why does it matter?
CDN stands for Content Delivery Network. In the case of truthsocial.com, the CDN can take several seconds to a few minutes to make a new post publicly available. That window is outside our control and can cause differences between a post's timestamp and the moment it actually becomes visible to anyone, including us.
What is the difference between the free and real-time plans?
The free Observer plan sends an email digest with roughly 15 minutes' delay and covers @realDonaldTrump only. The Professional plan unlocks real-time Telegram alerts, additional profiles, the 24h Live Feed and TruthTerminal.

Monitoring & profiles

Which accounts can I monitor?
Any public profile. Observer covers @realDonaldTrump only. Professional lets you add up to 5 additional profiles, Business up to 20, and Enterprise up to 1000. You can edit your list of monitored profiles at any time.
What happens if a profile goes private?
We monitor public profiles only. If a tracked profile is set to private or deleted by its owner, monitoring ends, the profile is removed from your dashboard, and you receive a notification explaining why.
What is the 24h Live Feed?
It is a rolling feed of posts from the last 24 hours, ideal for analysis and for catching up on alerts you may have missed. Full historical access without the 24-hour window is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan.
Do I get sentiment and ticker data?
AI sentiment tags are included inside Telegram alerts from the Professional plan. Structured sentiment scores and extracted tickers (for example $DJT, shown here purely as an example of ticker extraction) are included in the API and webhook payload from the Business plan. These are informational signals only and are not financial advice.

Plans, billing & API

How much does it cost?
Observer is free (€0), Professional is €19.99/month, Business is €99/month, and Enterprise is priced on request. Billing is monthly — there is no annual lock-in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there an API and webhooks?
Yes, from the Business plan: a REST API plus JSON webhooks (60 requests/min, 10,000/day) with a configurable score filter so you only receive signals above a threshold you choose. Enterprise raises these limits to 300/min and 500,000/day.
What does 'commercial use' mean?
It is a usage permission included with the Business plan that allows you to use the delivered data commercially. It is a licensing term, not a separate technical feature.

Account, data & compliance

Where is my data hosted?
Our company and our entire server infrastructure are located in Germany, and we operate in line with strict EU and GDPR requirements. Post data is stored temporarily (24 hours) as a reading aid; full history is reserved for the Enterprise plan.
Why Telegram for alerts?
Email is often too slow for breaking news. Telegram offers a reliable channel for instant push notifications to your phone and is very easy to set up. You can also control notifications per chat in the Telegram app — sound, vibration or mute.
Is there a guarantee?
We guarantee the technical functionality of our systems. We assume no responsibility for the content of posts and notifications, nor for their potential impact.
