Right of Withdrawal

Generally, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason[cite: 1117]. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract[cite: 1118].

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TruthPush, Email: support@truthpush.com) by means of a clear declaration of your decision[cite: 1119].

Consent to Immediate Execution

When completing the purchase, you are explicitly asked to agree to the following clause:

"I expressly agree that the execution of the contract shall begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period. I am aware that by giving this consent, I lose my right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the execution of the contract." [cite: 1120, 1121]

Since TruthPush is a live service, use without this consent is technically not possible[cite: 1122]. By logging into the system for the first time, you confirm the start of execution[cite: 1123].

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract (provided the right has not already expired), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract[cite: 1124].

Termination instead of Withdrawal

Since the right of withdrawal usually expires immediately upon use of our service, we refer to the option of termination at any time effective at the end of the billing period[cite: 1125]. You can manage and cancel your subscription independently at any time in the Customer Portal[cite: 1126].
